Now at days dictaorship is not always for lifetime! Selfish populations might overtrow the rulers, not thinking about how hard it is to find another job as dictator. Hence some former dictators have joined this team to make a living.
beeing together with likeminded people who share their experiences helps the players getting over the difficult changes.
