Gro Myko ( Гро Мыко ) was for many years the Ukranian SSR’s commisary to the
Gosplan. In 1980 she received the Gold Star of the
Hero of the Socialist Labour Order due to all the people she turned in to the KGB. She was named after her father’s hero, former Soviet foreign minister and president
Andrei Gromyko. Following the fall of the Berlin Wall she and a group of reactionaries led a military coup in 1991 in an attempt to restore power to the Communist Party in Russia, but it was thwarted as the tank commanders refused to take up arms against fellow Russian citizens. Disillusioned she then emigrated to the West. For the past years she has been a fluffer in the PlayBall Corporation®. A task for which she was well suited with all her experience in… well… doing the same thing in order to advance within the Communist Party. After a few years she became
shop steward for the fluffers, organized them, and pushed through their first collective bargain. That actually meant a decrease of wages, but for Gro Myko it is principles that count. She also made the fluffers’ socialist motto: “En rejsning vi bygger”. In the autumn of 2005 the Fluffers Union signed a most unusual petition addressed to Sir Harvey Lickbottom in order to have her removed. This he could not do immediately, as the Labour Court would require exceptional reasons for the sacking of a shop steward. However, he appointed her to the Bunny team in the hope that her demise would come quickly.
In the PlayBall Troupe of Actors® she forms companionship with Uzbekistan's Hero of the Working Class of 1963 - Tage Fat.
She entered the team just before the round of sixteen in season 15. She was one of the "Champion 12" who won the championship in season 15. She died in the 6th round match of season 16. She played a total of 10 matches for the team.
