Fox opted to receive the ball, and the Bunnies pushed several players down the field to put pressure on josef schnitzler. He bypassed the pressure and delivered the ball into a cage down the sideline. Sisse Fisse blitzed the ball-carrier, and Queen Bruise picked up the loose ball and hurled a long bomb to Billie Luder who was within scoring distance. 1-0 for the Bunnies.
Fox then stalled the game to make sure the Bunnies could not score again in the first half and in th process they tried to get one or more eligible receivers down the field while josef schnitzler danced around with the ball in the Fox' half of the field. However Ted Bunny managed to blitz down the ball-carrier and take the ball all the way to the house. 3-1 at half time.
In the beginning of the second half Fox were able to use their superiority in numbers to impose their will on the remaining 6 Bunnies. The Bunny offence was ground to a halt, and Jürgen Fink made it 3-2.
A critical double-one on the ensueing Bunny offensive drive gave fox the opportunity to break the Bunnies once again, but the incredible speed of Jette Stue caught Fox off guard as she sped down the sideline for the touchdown. 4-2.
Hans Germknødel made it 4-3 and a riot gave Fox a slim chance to make the equalizer, but the remaining Bunnies cowered in a solid cage near their own endzone to thwart any such attempt. 4-3 the final score.
