A league record gate saw the Orcs from Zola BB cage a ball carrying Daringonast II. But the cage was not dodge-proof for a Helle Dige Asen on fire. In an amazing action she made 9 dodges, knocked down the ball-carrier, picked up the ball, and ran for safety. Although Ann Griff and Synne Buch did what they could to protect her, Zepelin knocked her down and the caught the bouncing ball. In the next turn, Synne Buch got hold of it and hurled it to Thera Π who had run towards the endzone in the other side of the field. 1-0 for the Bunnies.
The Bunnies were already decimated below the 8 starting players, and the wizard was kept in reserve, as the Orcs again moved down the field. Unable to stop them the Bunnies had to see Micksy Vicksy make the equalizer in Zola BB's last turn of the first half 1-1.
The beginning of the second half saw the Bunnies receiving the ball. With Helle Dige Asen knocked down by a rock thrown from the audience, it looked as if the Bunnies were not going to score a 2-turn touchdwon, but with Ann Griff's leaping away from the defenders, Synne Buch found an open mark to go for. 2-1 for the Bunnies.
Zepelin then had to step up and lead the team to the equalizer that would send the game into overtime. But he and the cage around him had not taken into calculation the efficiency of the Bunny wizard that sent them all to the ground with a fireball. The Orcs could only watch in disbelief as Thera Π picked up the ball and passed it to Helle Dige Asen who ran out of reach. An attempt to put a tackle-zone on her succeeded, but she knocked the Orc down in the next turn and made it 3-1 for the Bunnies.
With time running out, Zola BB had to take chances. That was just an invitation for Ann Griff and Helle Dige Asen to knock down the ball-carrier and get hold of the ball. The Orcs got it back, but unfortunately the blitzer himself caught the bouncing ball, thus depriving the Orcs of the opportunity of scoring the needed 2 touchdown, as the final touchdown from Micksy Vicksy came too late to be of significance. 3-2 the final score.
